Baird Family: Well, we decided some time back to have another child. We have been extremely blessed to this point in our lives, and have much more love to share. After much discussion and prayer we decided, as a family, to adopt. Misty and I have discussed this possibility for years, but it was always just a passing conversation. We have many friends and family in our lives that have been impacted by the process of adoption. To see the joy it has brought to their lives was just one of the many reason that made this idea concrete for us. After weighing every possible effect, scenario, and circumstance we could imagine the decision was made to adopt from Ethiopia using the help of International Family Services.
